How do I reorder a previous meal?

Looking to reorder a previous meal that was a hit? ezCater makes it super easy to recreate past meals with one click!

  1. Sign in to your ezCater account

  2. Click on any of the following tabs: 'Home,' ‘Receipts’ or ‘Orders

  3. Locate the order you want to recreate

  4. Select ‘Reorder’ or 'Order Again'

  5. Double check the details of your order for any updates needed such as address, date & time, headcount, and food quantity before submitting

Helpful tips:

  • Easily find past orders by using the search bar. Make sure 'All' is selected to view every order. If you’re searching by order number remove spaces or hashtags.

  • Sometimes restaurants update their menus. If a menu changes, we’ll show you right away on your order if any items or customizations are different, or if something you picked is no longer available.
