Is there a cancellation fee?

ezCater does not charge cancellation fees. However, restaurants may charge cancellation fees for last-minute orders. You can usually avoid charges by cancelling at least 24 hours in advance.

The restaurant’s cancellation policy and fees can usually be found at the bottom of their menu ordering page (not all restaurants list one).
