Is there a cancellation fee?

  • You can usually avoid charges by cancelling at least 24 hours in advance. ezCater does not charge cancellation fees. However, restaurants may charge cancellation fees for last-minute orders.

  • The restaurant’s cancellation policy and fees can usually be found at the bottom of their menu ordering page (not all restaurants list one).
