How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order on ezCater yourself as long as it is over 24 hours from delivery.

To locate the cancel button, go to the 'Orders' tab and click on the 'Scheduled' section to view your upcoming orders.

After clicking cancel, a pop-up alert message confirms your cancellation and explains that our customer service team will contact you if the restaurant requires a cancellation fee. Keep in mind that some may require more than 24 hours notice as part of their restaurant's cancellation policy.

Helpful tip:

  • The cancel button only appears if it is more than 24 hours from delivery. If you do not see the cancel button, contact our customer service team to process the cancellation. They can be reached by signing in and clicking 'Live Chat' or by calling 1-800-488-1803.
