Why aren't my ezRewards showing up?

If you’re not seeing ezRewards in your account, there are a few reasons this might happen, and we’re here to help figure it out.

No ezRewards Tab

  • If you don't see an ezRewards tab, it’s either because none have been earned yet or because some employers don’t allow us to offer them. Of course we respect their wishes and turn off the loyalty program in those cases.

Missing ezRewards

  • Future orders: ezRewards for future orders appear in your account only after payment has been successfully captured. You'll see your ezRewards balance update automatically once your order is completed and your credit card has been charged.

  • Order adjustments: If you received a partial or full refund, or other monetary compensation for an issue, your ezRewards will be reduced or not awarded. This is because ezRewards are calculated based on the final food and beverage subtotal after any discounts or adjustments.

  • Ordering through partner sites: ezCater powers online ordering on some restaurant websites. Unfortunately, you do not earn ezRewards points for these or Relish orders. To ensure you get ezRewards, begin building and placing your order directly at ezCater.com.
