If you forgot to apply your ezRewards when placing your order, don’t worry—you can easily edit your future order and add them!
Sign in to your ezCater account
Click on your name in the top right and select 'Orders'
Click 'Edit' next to the order
Apply the dollar amount of your available ezRewards
Click 'Apply' followed by 'Submit your changes'
Helpful tips:
ezRewards can be used toward the food and beverage subtotal on orders in the future or that occurred in the last 20 days—just keep in mind that taxes, delivery fees, and additional charges can’t be covered by points, so those will still need to be paid separately.
