How do I change or delete a payment method?

Securely change payment methods within your ezCater account for any future order

Your financial safety is our top priority. To ensure all payment details are handled using appropriate security protocols, please log into your ezCater account and use the dedicated secure payment portal to submit your credit card information.

  1. Sign in to your ezCater account

  2. Click on your name in the top right and select 'Orders'
    ​

  3. Select 'Edit' next to the order

  4. Next to the current credit card, click 'Edit'

  5. Select a different credit card from your account or click 'Add' to add a new credit card

  6. Click 'Review Changes'

  7. Click 'Submit your changes'
