Can I change details on my order?

Yes, you can! As long as the restaurant has enough time to make the change, you can update your order online. Just sign in to your ezCater account to get started.

How to change your order

  1. Sign in to your ezCater account account and go to the 'Orders' >'Scheduled' tab

  2. Find the order you need to update and click 'Edit'

  3. To update your food, select 'Edit items'

  4. To update date, time, delivery address, instructions, or payment method, select 'Edit event details'

  5. Always review and save your changes
