How do I apply a promo code or Rewards?

Learn how to apply promo codes or use your Rewards for a discount on the payment screen before submitting your order

ezCater's guide to using promo codes & Rewards

  1. Log into your ezCater account

  2. Select the items you wish to order and proceed to the checkout

  3. In the checkout cart, you have the option to apply Promotions or Rewards points

  4. Fill out the corresponding field and select 'Apply'

  • Note: Promotional code links received via email or text may auto-apply before checkout. Promotions that are automatically applied need to meet certain requirements before you can submit your order. If you’re having trouble completing your order, check the details of the offer you received to make sure all the requirements are met.

Forgot to add Rewards

  1. Log into your ezCater account

  2. Click on your name in the top right and select 'Orders'

  3. Click 'Edit' next to the order

  4. Navigate to the checkout cart and scroll down to 'Rewards points'

  5. Enter a dollar amount up to the available amount remaining.

  6. Click 'Apply,' then 'Submit your changes'

  • Note: If the ‘Edit’ button doesn't appear on your order, or if your event took place within the last 20 days, don’t sweat it. Reach out to our support team and we'll help!
