Certificate of Insurance (COI)
If your office or delivery location requires a certificate of insurance, or COI, before your food arrives, we can help. A COI is a document that shows the restaurant has insurance coverage for the delivery. COIs are only available for delivery orders, not pickup orders.
What to do
Make sure your order is for delivery
Contact ezCater Support as soon as possible before your event and let us know a COI is required
Include the best email address for the person who should receive the document. In some cases, that may be your building or site manager.
What happens next
Once we receive your request, we’ll work on getting the COI and send it to you. Advance notice is helpful!
