View your schedule
You can see your scheduled delivery days and restaurants up to two weeks in advance.
Sign in to your account
Go to the Schedule page
Use the calendar view to check your upcoming dates
Change your permanent schedule
If you need to permanently add or remove specific days from your recurring schedule, you'll need to reach out for help. Contact your Account Manager to request any permanent changes.
Cancel an upcoming meal
You can cancel meals directly through your dashboard if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. You'll be asked to provide a reason for the cancellation to help us improve our service.
Go to the Schedule page
Choose your preferred view:
Weekly view: Select the three dots icon next to the date
Monthly view: Select the specific date on the calendar
Select the meal(s) you want to cancel
Enter your cancellation reason and confirm
Add a non-recurring meal
If you want to add a one-time meal to your schedule, you can do so as long as it is at least 48 hours in advance.
Go to the Schedule page
Choose your preferred view:
Weekly view: Select the three dots icon next to the date you want to add
Monthly view: Select the date on the calendar
Select the option to add one or more meals for that date
