Understand your reports

Most admins use these core reports to manage their food programs:

  • Company summary: A high-level view of total spend, number of orders, and unique eaters. Use this to see if your program usage is growing month-over-month.

  • Location and schedule: Breaks out performance by office, delivery time, or day of the week. This helps you identify underused days or locations that may need schedule adjustments.

  • Eater-level detail: Shows how individual employees use Meal Program, including their order frequency and how much subsidy they used.

  • Order and invoice detail: Provides a line-by-line view of every order, restaurant, and tax fee. This is the best view for finance and accounting reconciliations.
