How do I place a Meal Program order?

Meal Program lets you choose an individual meal from a rotating selection of restaurants. Your order is packaged with your name and included in your company’s scheduled drop.

Steps to place your order

  1. Sign in: Log in to your account on the web or open the mobile app

  2. View the schedule: Check the rotating list of restaurants available for the current day or week

  3. Pick your meal: Choose your food and customize it based on your personal taste or dietary needs

  4. Submit your order: Place your order before your company’s cutoff time

  5. Receive your food: Look for your individually packaged meal with your name on it at your office’s designated drop-off spot

Order cutoff times

  • Eaters can start placing orders 6 days before the delivery date.

  • Eaters have until the specific restaurant cutoff time to place or change an order.

  • Admins can view the exact cutoff time for each restaurant on the Schedule page of their Admin Portal.

Helpful tips

  • Your order is an individual order, but you don’t need to coordinate with anyone else. Once you place it, it becomes part of your company’s scheduled drop along with other eater orders

  • Restaurant selections rotate, so available options may change from day to day or week to week

  • Ordering deadlines are set by your company and may vary

  • Drop-off locations are designated by your office
