  • Payment processing: We authorize payment when you place an order, and we finish processing it the day of your delivery/pickup.

  • Canceled order: If you cancel before acceptance, the hold drops off in about a week. After acceptance, a fee typically applies (standard is 25% if canceled within 24 hours of delivery/pickup, though individual restaurant fees and timelines may vary).
