Sign in to your ezCater account
Go to the 'Reviews' tab
Next to the corresponding order, click 'Review'
You'll be prompted to:
Click the star rating you want to give, from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest)
Leave a comment (it must be 8 or more words, up to 1000 characters)
Enter a name of your choice to appear on the review
Answer whether the order was on time, too early, or too late
Rate how professional the delivery experience was on a scale of 1 to 5
Helpful tips:
Reviews can only be written for orders fulfilled in the last 45 days and are not available on canceled orders
You can edit your review after submitting it
There can only be 1 review per order
The review must be distinct/unique from other reviews you have submitted
If you can't receive/access ezRewards, it’s likely because some employers don’t allow us to offer them. Of course we respect their wishes and turn off the loyalty program in those cases.
