If you weren't there to meet your ezCater driver, here’s the plan:
Driver contact: Your driver will try to call or text you if you're not there. They'll ask if someone else can grab your order.
Safe drop-off: If they can't reach you, your driver may leave your order in a safe place (like at the front desk or with security).
