Why can't I submit my order?

If your order won’t go through, it’s usually because it doesn’t quite match what the restaurant can accommodate. The quickest way to check is to look for a ‘Warning Alert’ on your screen. This will pinpoint the exact issue.

Here are a few common reasons this might happen:

  • Scheduling conflict: The restaurant isn't available for the selected date or time

  • Too far to travel: Your delivery address is outside the restaurant's delivery range

  • Missing info: Key details like the date, time, or address are missing

  • Order minimum: The restaurant has a food and beverage minimum that hasn't been met

  • Payment issue: There was a problem authorizing your payment method

  • Incomplete custom fields: For our corporate customers, some required checkout fields may be blank or contain outdated information
