Getting your food to the right place at the right time is our top priority. You can help make your delivery a breeze by adding a few key details on the Delivery Instructions page during checkout.
Simply include details in the following fields:
Who should the driver ask for? Provide one or more names of people who will be on-site receiving the food.
Phone number: A direct line to your on-site contact is the fastest way for a driver to get in touch. Try to avoid main reception numbers where a driver might get stuck in a phone menu. If you have to use one, please include the extension.
Specific delivery details (the more, the better!): Parking info, which building entrance to use, and the specific room or area for the food setup. Examples:
'Park in the visitor lot. Enter through the main lobby and ask security to call Alex on the 9th floor.'
'Use the back loading dock and buzz for the 4th floor; do not use the main entrance. Set up in Conference Room C."
