Manage orders

This guide explains how to handle employee ordering windows, cutoff times, and the process for adding extra meals to your schedule.

Understand Meal Program ordering windows and cutoff times

  • Employees can start placing orders 6 days before the delivery date. They have until the specific restaurant cutoff time to place or change their order.

  • While many restaurants have a cutoff time of 2.5 hours before delivery, these times vary.

    • Employees can view each restaurant's cut off time in the app.

    • Admins can view the exact cutoff time for each restaurant on the Schedule page.

Edit or cancel an order

  • Employees can modify or cancel an existing order by clicking 'Edit your order' on the Schedule page.

Order extra meals

If you need to provide additional food for a group, follow these steps:

  1. Search for your name on the Employees page

  2. Ensure your meal plan is set to 100% Admin Plan

  3. Select the restaurant you would like to order extra meals from

  4. Add your selections to the cart and select 'Proceed to checkout'

  5. Change the name of the order to a specific description, like "Extra Meals"

  6. Select 'Place order' to complete the checkout

  7. Change your meal plan back to your standard setting before ordering a meal for yourself

Note: If you select multiple restaurants, you'll need to complete each order one at a time.

View who placed an order

  • To see which employees have placed an order, visit the Orders page.

How order minimums work

  • We guarantee restaurants a minimum dollar amount for every delivery. If your total order doesn't meet that minimum, you’ll still be charged the full minimum amount.

  • This also applies if you cancel an order within 24 hours of the delivery time.
