How do I change or delete a payment method?

Securely change payment methods within your ezCater account for any future order

Change or delete your payment method

Your financial safety is our top priority. To ensure all payment details are handled using appropriate security protocols, please log into your ezCater account and use the dedicated secure payment portal to submit your credit card information.

  1. Sign in to your ezCater account

  2. Click on the Orders tab

  3. Select Edit next to the order

  4. Under Payment Method click Edit

  5. Select one of the following options:

    1. Choose a different credit card

    2. Click + Add card

    3. Select Invite someone else to pay

  6. Always make sure you save your changes
