How do I apply a promo code or Rewards?

ezCater's guide to using promo codes & Rewards

  1. Log into your ezCater account

  2. Select the items you wish to order and proceed to the checkout

  3. On the payment screen, you have the option to select 'Use my Rewards' and/or 'Use a promotion code' before submitting

Helpful tips:

  • If you only want to use some of your Rewards, simply enter the custom amount you want to have applied.

  • Promotional code links received via email or text may auto-apply before checkout. Promotions that are automatically applied need to meet certain requirements before you can submit your order. If you’re having trouble completing your order, check the details of the offer you received to make sure all the requirements are met.

Forgot to add Rewards

  1. Sign in to your ezCater account

  2. Click on your name in the top right and select 'Orders'

  3. Click 'Edit' next to the order

  4. Apply the dollar amount of your available Rewards

  5. Click 'Apply' followed by 'Submit your changes'

Helpful tips:

  • If the ‘Edit’ button doesn't appear on your order, or if your event took place within the last 20 days, don’t sweat it. Reach out to our support team and we'll help!
