How much should I tip?
Tips are optional. A general guideline for tipping is:
10% for orders of $100 or more, and
15% to 20% for smaller orders
Who gets the tip?
Your tip goes to the restaurant or delivery partner, not ezCater. When the tip goes directly to the restaurant and they choose how to allocate it. Or, if a third party delivery partner is delivering the food, then delivery companies have their own policies on how they distribute delivery fees/tips to their hired drivers.
