Account Switcher for marketplace customers

Account Switcher gives eligible customers a simple way to move between their corporate accounts without logging in and out. When you switch accounts, your orders, payment methods, ezRewards, and receipts automatically update to match the account you’ve selected.

Use Account Switcher whenever you need to:

  • Place an order for a different office or business unit

  • View account-specific payment methods, invoices, and receipts

  • Check rewards balances tied to a particular corporate account

Who can use Account Switcher

Account Switcher is available to multi‑account corporate users in the same account “family,” including:

  • Parent admins and viewers, who can switch into any child account they have access to.

  • Parent orderers and child users who have been added to more than one account.

If you only belong to one corporate account, you’ll see that account name but won’t see additional options to switch.

How to switch accounts

  1. Sign in to ezCater.

  2. Open your profile / account menu in the top navigation.

  3. Under “Ordering for”, select the account you want to use from the list.

  4. Continue browsing and placing orders. All new orders, rewards, and receipts will now be associated with that account.

  5. If you click Edit, Continue, or Reorder on an existing order from another account, ezCater will automatically switch your active account to match the order’s account, so it’s billed correctly.

If you’re missing an account you expect to see:

  • Confirm you’re using your corporate login, and

  • Reach out to your company admin or ezCater support so they can add your user to that account family with the right role.
