ezCater's Guide to Setting Up Your SAP Concur Integration

Need to track your expenses all in one place? There are two methods to connect your ezCater with your Concur Expense account.
Sign in to your ezCater account
Select Expense Reporting and click Connect
Automatic roster sync (Optional)
Automatically manage your user roster in ezCater directly from SAP Concur to keep access secure and up to date. Note: Roster Sync is currently unavailable for accounts with a parent-child structure.
Targeted user sync: Admins can select users based on specific Concur attributes (such as department, cost center, or employee group) to sync. Only matching users are automatically added, updated, or deactivated in ezCater.
Sync preview: Admins can preview how many users will be synced for a given attribute selection before enabling the sync.
Instant onboarding & offboarding: Eligible new users receive instant ezCater invites, while departing or out-of-scope employees are promptly deactivated.
