How do I reset my password?

To reset your password on ezCater, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the ezCater login page.

  2. Click on the 'Forgot password?' link.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your ezCater account and click 'Continue.'

  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset email from ezCater. If you don't see it, check your Spam/Junk folder.

  5. Open the email and click on the password reset link provided.

  6. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

  7. Once your password is reset, try logging in again using the new password.

Helpful tips:

  • If there were multiple failed password attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Please try again in 30 minutes.

  • If you are still having trouble receiving the reset email or if the link is not working, make sure to clear your browsing history, cache and cookies.

  • You might also need to check with your company's IT department to ensure that [email protected] is not being filtered or blocked.
