Ready to roll with your order? Take a quick peek at the details before you check out. Use this handy checklist to make sure everything's good to go - think of it as the icing on the cake!

  • Delivery instructions: Add clear delivery details, like floor numbers, suite names, or entry instructions to help the driver find you easily.

  • On-site contact: Add the name and number of the person in charge of receiving your order and any specifics they need such as a heads up call/text. These details help your driver connect with the right person in the right place.

  • Event time: Set the event time as the time your event is starting, not sooner. We’ve already built in a delivery window that accounts for delivery distance, traffic, setup, and any potential hiccups.

  • Dietary needs: Use the ‘special instructions’ field to note allergies, dietary requests, or other important food information.

  • Food: Double-check your guest count against the food quantity to ensure everyone has a meal.

  • Choose extras: Consider whether you need drinks, desserts, or tableware (like plates, napkins, and utensils), and add them to your order if needed.

  • Checking out: If you have ezRewards or a promo code, apply them at checkout. Confirm that your payment information is correct and up-to-date.
