Set up your Meal Program employee list, create custom meal plans, and ensure you never miss an update by whitelisting our domain

Create or edit Meal Program meal plans

You can build custom meal plans for any of your locations to manage subsidies and ordering schedules.

  • Add a new plan: Go to the Meal plans page and select Add meal plan to name your plan, pick a location, and set your subsidy type and amount.

  • Update a plan: Find the plan in the table on the Meal plans page and select Edit.

  • Remove a plan: Select Remove next to the plan you no longer need. Just a heads up: default meal plans cannot be deleted.

Manage Meal Program employee information

Keep your team list up to date by inviting new users or editing current account details.

  • Invite one or more employees: Go to the Employee page and select the Invite employees tab. You can invite people individually or upload a .csv file to invite your whole team at once.

  • Track registrations: Use the table on the Invite employees page to see who has already signed up.

  • View or edit details: Select an employee’s name to see their info, or select Edit in the Actions column to make changes.

  • Add or assign locations: Contact your account manager to add a new location to your account or assign one to an employee.
