How to get help with a Meal Program order

Track a late delivery

We offer live tracking for 90% of orders.

  1. Sign into your Meal Program account

  2. Go to your Orders page

  3. Select the order number to see real-time delivery updates

  4. If you need more help, call the Meal Program team at 617-752-6751 for urgent assistance.

Report missing meals

If part of your order didn't arrive, you have a few ways to let us know so we can issue a refund.

  • For a single meal: You can report it on the Orders page using the Report issue button, or the person missing the meal can leave a review explaining the issue. Negative reviews are processed within 48 hours.

  • For multiple meals: Call Meal Program Support at 617-752-6751 for urgent assistance.
