Where do I find my receipt?

ezCater gives you 3 ways to easily access receipts

ezCater's guide to locate your receipt

  1. Email method: The email address attached to your ezCater account will be sent an itemized ezCater receipt within a few hours of receiving your order
    ​

  2. Download method: You can view and download receipts for all your past orders directly from your ezCater account

    1. Select the Receipts tab

    2. Click PDF next to the order (located in the second column)

    3. The receipt automatically downloads to your computer
      ​

  3. Concur method: Another option is to connect your ezCater account to Concur and view your receipts there

    1. Click on your name in the top right and select Expense Reporting

    2. Click Connect and you’ll be redirected to log into your Concur account

    3. Choose to enable automated receipts (sent to Concur 15 hours after the receipt is emailed) or manually send the receipts to Concur yourself
