Redeem points for discounts on food
If you’re redeeming points as discounts, simply proceed with placing your order as usual, except at checkout, select 'Use my Rewards.' Continue checking out. Your new order total includes a line item Rewards discount.
Rewards can be used toward the food and beverage subtotal on orders in the future or that occurred in the last 20 days—just keep in mind that taxes, delivery fees, and additional charges can’t be covered by points, so those will still need to be paid separately.
Redeem points for Amazon.com gift cards*
If you’re redeeming your points for Amazon.com gift cards*, simply select the Rewards tab within your account. You’ll see your current balance. Select the box that says 'Convert points to Amazon gift card.' You’ll receive your gift card redemption code, not a physical gift card.
2,500 points can be redeemed for a $25 Amazon.com gift card. Must redeem a minimum of 2,500 points.

When do Rewards expire?
Rewards expire if you have not placed an order with us in 12 months. Logging in or other account activity won't reset this. We'll send you reminder emails before your points expire, so you'll have time to use them.
Why are there no Rewards in my account?
*Some employers choose to opt out of our loyalty program. We respect these company policies and turn off Rewards for those accounts. Starting April 13, 2026, all people placing orders—not just admins—can earn and redeem Rewards, provided their employer allows it. If you have questions about your Rewards, contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
When will my Rewards appear?
Rewards for future orders appear in your account only after payment has been successfully captured. You'll see your Rewards balance update automatically once your order is completed and your credit card has been charged.
I received a discount, how does this impact my Rewards?
If you received a partial or full refund, or other monetary compensation for an issue, your Rewards will be reduced or not awarded accordingly. This is because Rewards are calculated based on the final food and beverage subtotal after any order discounts or adjustments are applied.
Can I get Rewards from your partner sites?
No. Even though ezCater powers online ordering on some restaurant websites, you do not earn Rewards for these or for Meal Program orders. To ensure you are eligible for Rewards, begin building and placing your order directly at ezCater.com.
