Turn on/off ezCater notifications
Easily manage notification preferences right from your ezCater account.
Sign in to ezcater.com
Click the ‘Account Settings’ tab
Scroll down to the ‘Notifications’ heading on Profile page
Select which type of notifications you would prefer: text, email, or push notifications.
Click 'Update Information'
Ensure you receive ezCater emails
To make sure emails from ezCater don't end up in your spam folder, add our official domains to your "safe senders" list. You can trust emails from these domains:
@ezcater.com
@em.ezcater.com
@hs.ezcater.com
Unsubscribe from ezCater
Not feeling our marketing emails, promotions, and announcement notifications? No problem! You can unsubscribe from these communications and notifications from your profile page.
Click the ‘Account Settings’ tab
Scroll down to the ‘Notifications’ heading on Profile page
Scroll down to ‘Promotions and announcements’ on your profile page
Select the ‘Click here’ hyperlink
Enter your email and click “Unsubscribe”
