Send company-issued coupons

Use company-issued coupons to send meal credits directly to your employees through the Relish admin portal. You can gift credits to a single person or an entire office location.

Note: Your company funds these gifts. They appear as a clear company-funded line item on your Relish invoices and reports.

When to use coupons

You can use company-issued coupons to:

  • Welcome and onboard new employees during their first week

  • Encourage in‑office days with a “welcome back” Relish gift for employees returning onsite

  • Run simple perk or appreciation campaigns for your office

Create and send a coupon

Only Relish admins can send company-issued coupons. You can manage this from the 'Coupons' section of your admin portal.

  1. Sign into your Relish admin portal

  2. Select 'Coupons' in the left navigation

  3. Select 'Create coupon'

  4. Under 'Recipients,' choose 'Single eater' for individuals or 'Entire location' for a specific office.

  5. Enter the coupon amount (for example, $10 or $20)

  6. Choose an expiration date

  7. Give the coupon a clear name or label (like "Onboarding gift Month/Year" or "Birthday")

  8. Click 'Send gift' to confirm

How employees redeem credits

Once you send a gift, the employee gets an email with the coupon value, expiration date, and a code to redeem. Upon checkout, the simply enter the coupon code
